Driving the 240sx to the event as its maiden voyage only left speculation and anticipation as to how the car would perform and function.

June 2010, Eric would once again return to learn more on drifting at the Fair Ground Speedway in Nashville, Tennessee, hosted by TNDrift. The event held new challenges and new opportunities on learning. From tarmac to concrete, walls, transitions, and straight-a-ways, Eric found himself a new bar to raise to. Only to be short lived, with funding being a culprit, he would not return to grassroots drifting for a little more then 8 months.

February 2011, Determined more then ever Eric was going to attend as many drift events as he could in order to follow his dream and passion. Again he attends TNDrift events in Lebenon, Tennessee at the Nashville Superspeedway. May 2011, TNDrift's Drift-A-Thon held at the Nashville Superspeedway's infield in Lebanon, Tennessee, a two day event of drifting, tuning, learning, conversing, and fun. First event on the infield and first time drifting on a high speed first turn sweeper he had doubts. Taking his time and studying the course and best approach, the time was cut short on the first day do to catastrophic engine failure. Not to be let down, he helped his fellow teammates and drifters alike to aid their drifting.

June 2011, Import Alliance, the largest import car show in the nation, held an event at the Nashville Superspeedway and TNDrift was going to be one of the entertainments for the event. Knowing that many people would be attending he wanted to perform at his best. Getting threw most of the day with no problems and changing the oil on the track after braking in the motor he was approached by Berry Clapp. Berry is the owner of TNDrift and asked if Eric would go tandem. Drifting on the infield multiple time before he felt at home. Just as last time he did not make the Top 16 and was devastated due to the miscommunications.

October 2011, Driftoberfest marks the sixth event of the year for Eric. Having missed the Top 16 at the MDU event, losing an engine and hearing rumors of Nashville Superspeedway closing their doors he was bound and determined to make conquer the track once and for all with no questions asked. Not having much sleep and contracting a cold he was going to drift anyway. Making a lot of clean passes and taking people for ride-a-longs he felt good about the day until his final pass. The track again claimed another engine as he returned to the pits with the engine knocking.

April 2012, Clarksville, Indiana at the Sportsdrome Midwest Drift Union would host their Round 1 once again. With a rebuild engine, new suspension, and a lot of extra upgrades he was glad to get back behind the wheel and throw tire smoke. He did not make a Top 16, but with the freshly rebuilt engine he didn't want to push too hard and have to start over again. With the engine showing great stride and promises of a great year looming he will be at least holding a Top 16 this year.

Working his way out of the Grassroots drifting and heading more into the ProAm series, he is looking move forward and progress with every event to gain a podium finish.
